1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PathCamp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. What PathCamp provides

PathCamp is an AI-powered personalised learning platform. It generates custom learning roadmaps, lessons, and tutor responses based on your goals and inputs. Content is generated by AI and is intended for educational guidance — it is not a substitute for professional advice in fields such as medicine, law, or finance.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PathCamp.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without permission.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• PathCamp offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or yearly.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use PathCamp to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI systems.
• Circumvent subscription limits or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute PathCamp-generated content commercially without permission.
• Upload or submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

PathCamp and its underlying technology, design, and branding are owned by PathCamp. AI-generated learning content produced for your account is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the platform.

7. Disclaimers

PathCamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee that use of PathCamp will result in any particular learning outcome, certification, or employment opportunity.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PathCamp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately and your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of PathCamp after changes constitutes acceptance.
